When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. skyph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify skyph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your Account.
Sharing your Account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. skyph will treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been authorized by you, regardless of who actually performed it.
skyph is required by Applicable Law to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests and in other circumstances as determined by our compliance team. The KYC process requires you to submit clear copies of the following documents:
skyph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing due diligence obligations. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by skyph may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

skyph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, and Metrobank online banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at skyph's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though skyph reserves the right to apply transaction limits in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in Account suspension. skyph does not accept cash deposits or deposits made via cryptocurrency.
Anti-Money Laundering: skyph is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored, and suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, skyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms shall limit skyph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Applicable Law.
skyph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the skyph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, Players may submit a formal complaint to skyph's support team. skyph will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a final decision within 14 business days.
